Heating and cooling in Westerville

Our shop is in Westerville, so homes here get our quickest visits. Many of the houses we see were built in the 1980s and 90s and are now on their second or third furnace. We know the common setups in the older streets near Uptown and in the newer builds toward Genoa Township, and we usually have the parts on the van.
