What each visit checks
Every visit ends with a short written report, sent the same day.
Spring · Cooling
Clean the outdoor coil
Clear the condensate drain
Test capacitors and contactors
Check refrigerant pressures
Measure airflow and temperature drop
Check the thermostat
Fall · Heating
Check burners and igniter
Clean the flame sensor
Inspect the heat exchanger
Test safety switches
Carbon monoxide reading at the flue
Replace a standard filter

Before you sign up
When do the visits happen?
We call you in March to book the spring visit and in September for the fall visit, at a time that suits you.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans renew yearly, and you can cancel any time before renewal. Unused visits are refunded.
Does the plan cover repairs?
Repairs are billed separately, and we always give you the price before we start.
