About this service

A tune-up is about an hour of cleaning, testing and tightening. In spring we work on the cooling side and in fall the heating side. You get a short written report after each visit with anything we noticed, and no pressure to fix it that day. Plan members get the first booking slots when the weather turns.

Common questions

How often should my system be serviced?

Once a year for each side: cooling in spring and heating in fall. Heat pumps do both jobs, so they get both visits.

Do I have to be home for a tune-up?

For the furnace check, yes. For a spring AC check we only need access to the outdoor unit and the thermostat.

From a customer

★★★★★

“They sent the report the same evening, with photos of the coil before and after. Nothing extra to buy.”
