Do you charge to come out?
A diagnostic visit is $89, and we credit it if you go ahead with the repair. Evening and weekend visits have a service call fee, which we confirm before we set off.
Which brands do you work on?
All the major brands of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and mini-splits. If a part has to be ordered, we tell you how long it will take.
Do you work weekends?
Yes. The emergency line runs 7 days, 7am to 10pm, and we book Saturday visits for regular work.
How long does a new system take to install?
Most furnace or AC swaps take one day. A full new system with ductwork changes can take two or three.
Can I pay monthly for a new system?
Ask us when we quote. Monthly payments are available on new systems, subject to credit approval.
What does a maintenance plan cover?
Two tune-ups a year, spring for cooling and fall for heating, plus priority booking and repair discounts on the higher plans.
