About this service

When the heat goes out on a January night or the AC quits in a heat wave, call the emergency line. Someone from our team answers, asks a few questions and either talks you through a quick fix or sends a technician. Evening and weekend visits carry a service call fee, and we tell you what it is before we set off.

Common questions

I smell gas. Should I call you?

Leave the house first, then call your gas utility’s emergency number or 911 from outside. Call us once they say it’s safe.

What counts as an emergency?

No heat in freezing weather, no cooling for someone vulnerable, water leaking from the system, or a burning smell. If you’re not sure, call and ask.
