Setup guide
Remix the template, swap in your details, then publish on your own domain. Most owners finish in an afternoon.

Looking at the demo?
Remix the template to get your own editable copy in Framer. It’s free, and it works on the Basic site plan.
Step 1
Make it yours
Work through these in order. Each one is a single place to edit.
01
Name, logo and colors
The business name and logo mark sit in the Header component and the footer. Colors are tokens in the Assets panel: change Accent to your brand color and every button follows.
02
Phone number
Edit the Button/Call component once. Every call button uses it. Change the number and the tel: link together.
03
License, insurance and financing
Edit the License Line and Financing Note components. Use your own license or registration number, and delete the financing note if you don’t offer it. Only name a trade body, or use its logo, if you are a current member.
04
Services (CMS)
One item per service: intro, what’s included, price factors, two questions and a review. The lists and service pages update themselves. Only show prices you actually charge.
05
Areas (CMS)
One item per town or suburb. Each gets its own page titled Heating and cooling in, plus the town name, which helps local search. Write each intro and the common jobs in your own words; pages that only swap the town name rarely rank.
06
Plans and reviews
Plan names, prices and visits are settings on each plan card, on the Home and Plans pages. Replace the sample reviews with real ones, with the customer’s permission.
07
Photos
Keep the same shapes: 4:3 for services and the About photo, wide for the home photo with a portrait crop for phones. The demo photos are AI-generated and fine to replace.
08
Forms
There are three: the home request form, the full request form and the contact form. Select each one, set Send to in its settings, then send yourself a test.
Step 2
Wording for your country
The demo is written for the US. If you’re in the UK or Australia, swap these words as you edit.

Step 3
Go live on your own domain
A custom domain needs a paid Framer site plan. HVAC works on the Basic plan: it uses 12 pages and 2 CMS collections (Services and Areas), inside Basic’s 30 pages and 2 collections.
Checked on framer.com/pricing on 13 October 2026.
01
In Site Settings, choose a site plan (Basic is enough).
02
In Site Settings, Domains, add your domain and follow the DNS steps.
03
Publish, then open your domain to check it works.
Step 4
Before you publish
Run through these before you press Publish.
Put in your business name and your own words everywhere, including the reviews.
Set page titles and descriptions, the favicon and the social image in Site Settings.
Check every phone number and email address on the site.
Set where all three forms send, then send a test.
Delete this guide page and its link in the footer.
